Tony Hoyles, PGA - General Manager/Head Golf Professional
Tony grew up in Dresden, Ontario, Canada and graduated from Lambton Kent Composite School in 1994. He went on to enjoy the college experience at St. Clair College (Ont) and St. Clair Community College (MI), playing hockey and baseball.
In 2000 he took a job working on the grounds crew at Maple City Country Club in Chatham, Ont. After 3 years he realized that he wanted to be on the other side of the business, he took his PAT at Ellsworth Meadows in Hudson, OH.
He took his first assistant job in 2004 at Bel-Mar Country Club in Illinois and later that year moved to the California desert. While in California he worked at Bermuda Dunes Country Club, Tradition Golf Club and Lake Arrowhead Country Club. He has spent the last 16 years serving in numerous rolls from Assistant Golf Professional to General Manager. Tony was elected to PGA Membership in 2010 and gained Certified Professional status in Golf Operations in 2013.
Tony and his wife Kelli, along with their son Hudson (4) live in Thornville. When away from the club, Tony enjoys camping with his family and 2 dogs, renovating their 120 year old home, and he has spent the last 20 years refereeing hockey.

Brittany Young - Office Manager/Events Coordinator
Brittany was born and raised in Lancaster and graduated from Fairfield Christian Academy. She attended Miami University, where she studied psychology and marketing. Throughout college, Brittany was active in campus groups, volunteered for the Adopt A School tutoring program, and was a member of the Pi Sigma Epsilon professional marketing fraternity.
After moving home, Brittany developed a passion for the revitalization in downtown Lancaster. She spent 4 years working downtown, starting at Ale House 1890 and progressing to 3 years with Fairfield National Bank. She also enjoyed living downtown, prior to buying her first home. More recently, Brittany has pursued her enthusiasm for working in a small-business setting. She spent a year as a Marketing Director for an engineering firm before coming to LCC.
Brittany enjoys being active in her community and can frequently be found volunteering for local fundraisers. She serves on the board of directors for the Lancaster Public Education Foundation and the Fairfield County Heritage Association. She is the 1st Vice President of FCHA and takes an active role on the organization’s fundraising and marketing committees.
Brittany shares a home with her dog and cat and has enjoyed renovating the house inside and out over the past few years. She has figure skated since she was a child and loves outdoor activities, including shooting, fishing, and hiking. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, baking, running, and golf.
