Robert Olinger - General Manager
I grew up in Lancaster and graduated from Lancaster High School. I actually grew up playing golf and swimming at Lancaster Country Club. I went on to study at Dennison University and graduated with a B.A. in Cinema.
After moving to Columbus, I studied at CCAD for Advertising and Graphic Design. During that time I worked at Resource Interactive (currently IBMx) as a designer and video producer. From there I was the owner operator of two production companies that developed marketing content and broadcast commercials for top marketing agencies and regional companies for over 12 years. I have had the opportunity to have worked with companies such as Bacardi, Dewars, Chipotle, Nationwide Insurance, and MaGraw Hill. I also won 2 Emmy Awards for directing and editing a family TV program called We're The Shazzbots.
With the arrival of my daughter Wren with my partner Rebecca, I decided to move on from my own business, to putting my skill sets to wok for others. I spent time at Columbus State Community College as an instructional designer, Vital Companies as their Executive Producer and then at the international events company Live Technologies as their Senior Director of Business Development and Marketing. My background in business development, marketing and my Lancaster roots has positioned me to help build a lasting community at Lancaster Country Club.
